Are returns accepted and what is the procedure for returning a product? |
All merchandise may be returned for a full refund of purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer requests a Return Authorization within 30 days upon receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Returns must be in new and unused condition. Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials. | |

What happens if the product is damaged during shipping? |
Claims for shipping damage must be made within 3 days of receipt. When reporting shipping damage, provide the tracking number of the package, address and the specific details regarding the damage. If possible, get photos of the damage. Damaged products must be repacked with their original packaging. We can then request damage claim pick up from the shipping company. We use UPS for all of our shipping. If the customer fails to report the shipping damage within 3 days or if they have discarded the original packaging the customer is responsible for the damage and shipping charges both ways. Upon receipt of damaged item, we will ship a replacement item or issue a refund. |

What if the product is defective? |
Claims for the defects must be made within 3 days of receipt. Return service labels (RS) will be issued for defective merchandise. Upon receipt of defective item, we will ship a replacement item of issue a refund. If a product is returned on a RS label and is found not to be defective, then the cost of the return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount. |

What type of payments do you accept? |
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards through PayPal payment processor. Also, if you are a member of PayPal, you can alternatively pay from your PayPal personal account. |

I ordered the item, but it's out of stock? |
While we always try to keep sufficient number of items in stock, there might be times when item is not available, but it's showing up as being in stock on our web site. We receive instruments from overseas suppliers and they are usually imported in bulk few times a year. If item is not available, we will of course refund the money paid for instrument or backorder it if requested by customer. |
